IT Specialist
Join the team that keeps Mer moving
At Mer, we’re driving the shift to sustainable mobility – and our IT infrastructure is the engine behind it all. Now we’re looking for a sharp, hands-on IT Specialist to join our Helsingborg office and help us keep our systems smart, secure, and scalable.
You’ll be part of a skilled and collaborative IT & Tech team, working across borders to support users, maintain uptime, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of e-mobility.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Be the go-to expert for Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and device management – supporting users across the Mer Group and ensuring smooth operations locally in Helsingborg.
- Own the local IT setup, including hardware procurement, troubleshooting, and user account administration.
- Keep our systems running, from Azure and Dynamics to backend platforms – with a strong focus on uptime, governance, and NIS2 compliance.
- Support and secure: Act as a 3rd-line escalation point for connectivity issues, contribute to our IT Security Forum, and help shape Mer’s security posture.
- Collaborate globally, manage vendor relationships, and occasionally travel to international locations to support operations and infrastructure.
- Stay curious: Build knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and how IT supports our customer-centric solutions.
🧠 What you bring
Must-have:
- Solid experience with MDM / Intune / DEP device management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity integrations.
- Proven skills in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with networking, firewall administration, and mobile internet technologies (e.g. Private APN).
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or similar.
🧑💼 Who you are
You’re a self-driven IT professional who thrives on solving problems and making things work – not just technically, but for the people who use them. You take ownership, follow through, and know how to balance structure with flexibility.
Our business language is English, and you will be expected to communicate comfortably in both written and spoken English and Swedish. You communicate clearly, even when the topic is complex, and you enjoy helping others understand the tech that powers their work. Your approach is service-minded and proactive, and you’re comfortable working independently while staying connected to the wider team.
🌱 How you work
At Mer, we believe culture is built through action. You actively contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, and you represent Mer with integrity in every interaction – whether it’s with colleagues, partners, or external stakeholders.
As an IT Specialist, you uphold the ethical standards expected of your role and help foster trust in the systems and people behind them.
You will be based at our headquarters in Helsingborg and report to the Head of Charging Solutions.
🌍 Why join Mer?
At Mer, you’ll be part of a smarter, greener way to move through the world.
- Impact with purpose: Your work directly supports the transition to sustainable mobility across Europe.
- Modern tech stack: We work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and more – and we’re always exploring smarter ways to scale and secure our infrastructure.
